Andaman Sea
February 1st, 2025 we started our 3 weeks cruise for the Andaman Sea at the Phuket Yacht Haven Marina. During the area briefing in the charter-base we have been advised to limit our time in the north in favour of gaining some more time for the south and eventually visit the Similan Islands on top. This mainly due to the mass tourism on the northern islands down to Koh Phi Phi, which are very popular destinations for day trips from all of the resorts on main land. Also, the northern part is muddy and hence the water experience is different. With this information we adjusted or route, which paid out for us.
